Founder & CEO
Jen is the visionary and driving force behind the Gluten Free Media Group. On the business side, Jen excels at connecting manufacturers to their target consumer audience. Using her extremely large network, she brings knowledge, integrity and professionalism to guide you on how to market your product line. When not working, Jen is busy raising her gluten free family, helping her Dad raise honey bees or relaxing with friends.
Founder of Find Me Gluten Free / GFMG’s CTO
Having celiac disease, Jason had a hard time finding safe places to eat. In 2010, he created the Find Me Gluten Free mobile app, helping those with similar diets travel and try new places to eat and shop. Three years and over two million app users later, he’s become the “everything tech” guy for GFMG. When he’s not cooped up writing code, you’ll find him outside skiing or playing soccer, golf and lawn games.
Event Logistics Director
Michelle came to the Gluten Free Media Group after 21 years in the healthcare industry with a knack for organization and a keen eye for detail, making her the perfect person to manage all of the ever-moving parts of the events. Her favorite part about her job is being at the Expos and feeling the sense of community. When she’s not making sure every i is dotted and every t is crossed, you’ll find her sitting outside enjoying the weather with a good book.
Director of Sales
Before leading our sales team, Tina worked for the MassMutual Center where she met Jen and realized her dream job was working for GFMG. Tina has celiac disease and is excited about making a difference in the gluten free community. Most of her time is spent working with brands to help them find the best solution to connect with the consumer. She’s also a Pinterest addict, always on the hunt for new recipes for her family to try.
Almost 19 years ago, after living on pasta, pizza and bagels, Stacy discovered she had celiac disease. Formerly being the consummate “foodie,” Stacy visited every gluten free expo and read the literature on celiac disease and living a gluten free lifestyle. After seeing both the appreciation and tears of joy from attendees at the GFAF Expo, she wanted to join a company in the gluten free community, and GFMG was the perfect match.
Community Logistics Director
Elizabeth came to GFMG with 12 years of health promotion and education experience. She’s quite familiar with the trials and tribulations of eating “free from” foods, because she has a daughter with severe food allergies. Her favorite part about her job is being able to travel across the country meeting new people at the Expos. When she’s not working, she loves spending time cooking for her family, cycling and gardening.
Media Relations Director
This University of San Diego graduate has been gluten free for 14 years. Laura combines her strong communication skills with her vast knowledge of the gluten free lifestyle to engage our consumer base through social media, blogger and media outreach. When she’s not busy keeping the gluten free community in the know, you’ll likely find her kickboxing, dancing to country music or refueling with some good chocolate.
After finding out that the whole family had Celiac Disease, Barbara immersed herself in research and turned herself into a GF home-chef. Originally from Italy, she embraced the challenge of transforming her favorite traditional Italian dishes into appetizing GF options, and is loving it. For the past few years, she has been enjoying demoing for various GF companies and visiting as an attendee during the GFAF Expos, and working for the GFMG is for her the culmination of her GF journey and a dream come true.
